He is the founder of Dream Hahn, an experiential marketing company, and Wonderbus Entertainment, as well as a founding partner of the Wonderfront Festival and the Del Mar Wine & Food Festival.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ernie is deeply committed to giving back. He is the creator of the Caddyhack Golf Festival, benefiting Boys to Men Mentoring, and the Del Mar Santa Crawl, which supports the Del Mar Lifeguard Association. He also co-founded and serves as the president of the Blacks Beach Foundation, furthering his dedication to local causes.
